A 20-year-old motocross rider named Josh Headford was badly injured on Sunday during a stunt at a circus in Saginaw, Michigan. (--About 30 miles north of Flint)
He was trying to jump from one ramp to another. But when he was at the highest point of his trick . . . about 30 feet in the air . . . he got clotheslined by a cable and fell straight down.
He broke his leg, fractured a shoulder blade, and injured his wrist and elbow. Plus, the cable snapped and hit one of the clowns in the face.
Then the ringmaster called on any doctors in the crowd to come help, and told everyone that the show was over. And it's unintentionally amusing, because he did it all in his 'announcer' voice.
